TOC determination without catalyst

The current state of the art engineering in the thermal catalytic oxidation uses temperatures between 680 and 950 °C. The analyser has been engineered to work without the aid of expensive catalysts by using temperatures of more than 1200 °C. Therefore, difficult to combust compounds are oxidised effectively and rapidly, regardless of their composition. Additionally QuickTOC® reduces the maintenance and service costs because there's no need to replace expensive catalysts. The analyser is suitable for almost every TOC measurement in sewage treatment and industrial waste water application. Typical online applications are effluent monitoring, detection of organic spills and product loss.
