Using the newly developed 'gas calibration', a patent pending method from LAR, this procedure has been significantly simplified. QuickTOC®condensate works without the usual contamination risk and has no need for a calibration solution. Even within the lowest measuring ranges the calibration can easily be performed with the calibration gas and afterwards also verified with it.

This innovative method is based on the well proven catalyst free LAR high temperature combustion method (1200 °C), ensuring the complete decomposition of all organic compounds.

To avoid contaminations by ambient air during the sample injection QuickTOC®condensate is equipped with a closed valve assembly. A special batch process control allows the intake of large sample volumes. Inert materials guarantee accurate and offset-free results within the lowest measurement ranges.

The measurement system QuickTOC®condensate stands out due to very low maintenance efforts of only a few minutes per week and no reagent requirements in TC mode. With this state-of-the-art instrument the operating and maintenance costs could be decreased considerably compared to other standard methods in the market. This new LAR TOC analyser is especially suitable for the monitoring of ultra pure and cooling water as well as boiler feed and condensate measurement complying with the respective regulations.
