Projects and SamplingAnalyzer Project and Sample Preconditioning
Implementing a wet chemical analyzer in a process is more that just putting the analyzer in place. The sample to be analyzed must be representative, so the analyzer should normally be placed as close as possible to the sampling point. To get the sample into the analyzer, it is usually necessary to do sample pre-conditioning to for example remove solids, cool down the sample or decrease the pressure. Projects range from single analyzers with simple sample preparation to full analyzer packages including shelter and all piping, wiring and interconnection interfaces. The complete project is factory tested (FAT) before it is shipped to reduce the time and man power needed for installation and start-up. The scope of supply includes:
A correctly specified sample conditioning system will prevent a lot of problems in automating analysis. Completing the Application Questionnaire will ensure the correct solution for your application!
